If Not Too Happy

One day I noticed that all was well. That there was nothing to say and there was a whole 45 minutes left.
During the long silence a few things sprang to mind however. My forefinger was noticeable longer than the others.
My favourite cafe has stopped table service and sometimes I want a similar item of clothing to the one the woman I can see right now wearing. Or to think different thoughts or to be someone else.
And perhaps everything isn’t so fine after all.
